So many cleanses that PROMISE quick fixes . . It’s not surprising that it feels impossible to know what to do! πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ . . But here’s the thing! We are all BIOCHEMICALLY DIFFERENT πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸŽ€πŸ¦ΈπŸΏβ€β™‚οΈπŸ¦ΉπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€πŸŒΎπŸ§Ÿβ€β™‚οΈ . And that means, each of us should be nourishing our bodies in the way that they want and need to be nourished! . . . . ✌🏽This is how I roll ✌🏽 . . . After a month or so of taking care of everyone else, and neglecting the idea of self-care, ⚑️this⚑️is THE move I need! . . It incorporates both the wave like quality of water πŸ’¦ And the hot power of fire πŸ”₯ . . Nice and slow, full of breath 🌬 . πŸ’• inhale lift onto your toes in downward dog, long spine πŸ’• exhale, draw your belly in and roll on forward like a wave 🌊 into plank πŸ’• inhale hold plank β˜„οΈin a nice long line πŸ’• exhale, belly in to roll on back to downward dog. πŸ’• take a cleansing breath here before repeating again and again and again!
🏩This is why I’ve been silent. 🏩 . . . . 3 weeks of back and forth between home - 6 hrs away - and these halls that now feel all too familiar. . 3 weeks of silence and So.Much.Noise . 3 weeks of worrying about one in particular and caring for a whole bunch of loved ones. . 3 weeks of putting into practice what I’ve been learning and preaching from my mat and from my cushion. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ . . . So, instagram, I’ll be back again... at some point. . For now though, I’m practicing presence away from screens And Seeing beauty in the chaos πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•
